Ramboll UK Ltd is an organisation providing Professional Surveying Services to the Land, Marine and Engineering to the oil and gas sector. We are market leaders in Dimensional Control, Digital Photogrammetry and Rapid Laser Scanning. We are currently seeking to appoint a Survey
Engineers to join our expanding team of contractors supporting contracts in UK and Europe.
This role will be responsible for the following activities:
♦ Carrying out high accuracy dimensional surveys using traditional electronic theodolite instruments, photogrammetry instruments and laser scanners (Z7F, Leica and Faro)
♦ Performing dimensional analysis of data, clash reporting and isometric mark up, 3D model production, client liaison and project management
♦ Working on both onshore and offshore installations for extended periods of time
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Degree qualified in Science or Engineering is highly desirable, however candidates with 4+ years experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Intermediate level computer skills including AutoCad and MS Office
- Ability to learn quickly and be a team player
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
- Familiarization with Oil and Gas Off-shore installations
- BOSIET and MIST offshore certificates are mandatory
- Able to do the work on his own
